Business Discovery Unearths Innovation

Companies want to grab that idea which will catapult them into the next level or success. New ideas are developed primarily in the Research & Development department but this is not always the case. Some companies are encouraging employees from all areas of the business to participate in this effort. It is only fitting that all employees bring their brilliance to the table.
Business Intelligence has changed how we participate in the business process. Through hidden data connections and visibility to information relationships, the electricity needed to turn on the internal light bulb is activated. This is truly brilliant! How does this happen?
For the most part, our brains do not automatically recognize data relationships without an organized presentation of the information. Business Intelligence provides insight into these relationships. By nature, we are curious. When looking at the relationships, it just isn’t enough. We are programmed to look at different scenarios to see what-if or what’s next. We can’t leave well enough alone. Add in a bit of creativity and ideas flow. This could be the key to success.
What makes this even more exciting is that ideas can be shared with the organization and with management. Technologies like laptops, tablet computers and smart phones, (just to name a few) foster collaboration with project teams. Proving the financial benefits can be easily proven to management in the meeting environment.
With the introduction of QlikView 11 everyone is able to see the hidden connections to their data.
