Visual Data Group Thrilled about QlikView 11 Possibilities

Last week Visual Data Group had its first annual meeting with its partners and technical advisors. The main event was sharing ideas and how each partner was developing new uses for QlikView within their industry specialty. This was exciting and truly an eye-opener for everyone.
Throughout the two-day conference it became clear as ever that QlikView works for everyone in every industry and at every functional level.
But then again we already knew that.
What was exciting was the reaction of our partners who were being introduced to QlikView 11. A common comment was, “This is exactly what my prospects are looking for!” QV 11’s live collaboration as well as snapshot comments are features that most prospects were looking for in their quest to integrate and innovate with planning processes.
Management has realized the importance of supporting and sponsoring team efforts in solving business problems as well as encouraging innovation, but data availability is only the first step in creating the collaborative approach. Capturing historical thoughts and making them available to others while giving them the opportunity to work together live in the same dashboard on separate computers takes analysis to a new dimension. Adding the experiences and knowledge of team members allows the analyst to explain changes or raise concerns about the data that is presented. That is because QlikTech knows that data is just data unless combined with people’s opinions, insights and experience.
